Extermital struggles with customer service. One time I called to schedule an appointment and specified that it would need to be before noon as I had to go into the office after noon. They did NOT show up before noon, and when I called them to inquire why, they claimed that they did not know that there was a specific time and then proceeded to show up at my house without me being present. He was mad when I told them I was switching. He then proceeded to send a email to me that was meant for the back office. Saying lol plus the rest of the message tells me everything I need to know. Could have gotten a client back if other company didn’t do a good job. Now you’ll never get any of our business & no referrals! Not to mention the fact that there are bugs all over our property of all types, post treatment.
