Lucky Lee's Pest Control

I had them spray my parent’s house and the spiders still were bad. I called and they came out a second time with the same results! I called another pest control and they took care of the problem. My brother was there and said he did not spray much at all! I called Lucky Lee’s and told them I would not pay them as I had bad result. The lady apologized and said she was sorry and would make note of it and now I get notice they have turned me over for collection! Bad business!

Had 2 places ordered for spray. Didn’t call before arrival or anything. After completion, asked if both were sprayed answer was yes. But didn’t see anyone come to one of the residents because I was there all day. They sprayed the wrong residents and don’t want to fix the mistake and just wanted to come up with excuses. Because a customer is irritated over the phone being told they are a liar when the person who supposed sprayed said my place is brown when it is blue. Wouldn’t recommend Lucky Lee may not be so lucky.

They do not service Kelleys island

We've used Lucky Lee's for the last couple years and have been very satisfied with our service each time! Our house is by a creek so the bugs can get pretty bad... but their treatments really help to minimize that. Will continue using them in the future!

I've used Eric and Lucky Lee's for quite a few years and recommend them to everyone!! They're extremely thorough and prompt, I never have to make any follow up calls as the job is done right the first time, and Lucky Lee's is more than reasonably priced!! Keep up the Good Work Eric and crew!!

We are new to Marblehead and we are on the lake. We get a lot of spiders. Every month we call a different bug company to spray, we are still looking for a way to get rid of them. This guy spent no more than 10 min spraying our place. They hit maybe 5% of the exterior. We had the same amount of spiders as we did before. It was a waste of money.

HORRIBLE. Spiders came back within a week. Especially on the upper floor. When I called to address it with the lady, she told me that's all they can do and we could go somewhere else if needed. She said she is so connected up there she could care less what we think. How bad is that???? Stay away!!!!!!!
