Free Spray Lawn Care

My lawn looks a lot better since I have been using them.

The guy that was coming out did my whole front and back yards in under 5 minutes. I called told owner to cancel. He came out and redid the yard. I told him not to continue the service in 2026. Here they came out again for all 3 minutes and took al.ost $90.00 from our bank account. I have tried reaching out to the owner with no success. FYI I have the 3 min jobs on video.

Had multiple treatments over 3 years. Kept reporting minimum changes. Weeds still there. Back yard no changes. Only positive no dandelions. Expected my lawn to be 3.5"-4". We tried that. Our lawn looked messy unkept and shabby. Did the lawn get better? Absolutely not. The only place that showed any weed killing was the front yard. In fact, our side yard increased in weeds. So just called to cancel. Basically was told that since I didn't keep my lawn at 3.5-4" height, I would see no results. Well, after 3 years & lots of money, I am beyond done.

Your service has always been good. We are a repeat customer for the third year.

We purchased our home almost two years ago and Free Spray has been working with us to get our almost two acre lawn in shape. Hoping next season will see the rewards of their services. Great people to work with!

Great experiance using this lawn service. Put them to the test on a rental property with more weeds than grass & they really came through, or rather the grass came thru the dead weeds!

Still seeing a few weeds and not sure they have been doing our tree lawns..

I hired because I was hoping to get control of yard. What I got was more weeds than last year. I sent pics. I asked someone come talk to me. I signed up 7 treatments have had 3, maybe 4 ? So gonna have 3-4 more by when ? Got no reply’s to emails. No calls no visits. All that’s green in yard are weeds. I emailed I do not want them next year ! Never knew coming. I’d wake up see sign yet dogs never barked so did they even go in my backyard ? Hope so.

Free Spray is a very good choice. I was with Truegreen. Wish I had service with Free Spray back a couple years ago. Thank your service is great.

When they come to spray they miss large sections which allows weeds to take over. I specifically told them I needed crab grass control. They delayed spraying and crabgrass started to take over, again. I now have areas with crabgrass. Poor timing of treatments making it ineffective. Shouldn't have to call and ask to retreat, do it right the first time. Disappointed again hoping it will improve.

Best lawn care service you will find in Ohio!! They care about their customers!! It doesn’t matter what the issue is, or what is going on. They are fast and receptive to what is going on! Their technicians work them selves above and beyond! Knowledgeable, friendly and very effective with their treatments! If you want a dependable, great group of works to take care of your lawn! Free Spray restored my weed-filled lawn last year to a full and weed-free lawn, and I renewed the service this year. Aside from a misunderstanding during a sales call—which Free Spray eventually corrected via a manager —I’m pleased with both the service and the value. I don’t feel like just a “number,” but rather someone to whom they provide personalized care. They made scheduling and coverage adjustments based on my lawn activities, which is appreciated.

I’m not happy with this company! Very disappointed with their service. I received an alert for billing from them on my credit card but no evidence they had applied a second treatment. No flag in the yard. No invoice left at door. No motion detection with Ring system. I called them and was told they would return to do the treatment. They came today claiming it was a free return to spray for weeds. The guy gave us the run around as to what they actually did today. The invoice said “ lots of weeds and went around spraying them!” No mention of a second full treatment.We will never know if we got the second full treatment or not! I am so glad we chose not to pay for the full season up front! I may or may not stay with this company! I’m going to see what does or doesn’t happen in our lawn in the next two weeks!

This company has been nothing but fabulous for me I would advise everybody to get Lawncare service from this company!

Just wanted one spray for weeds and they wouldn't do it unless I had a contract.

Your website is absolutely terrible. How as an existing customer can I not review my prior account activity or look up my existing bill. Terrible!!!!!!!!

Have not received a bill until past due notice came in mail.

Very unhappy about service . Didn't spray all weeds and now I have thistles growing in my yard along with dandelions very allergic. I'm going back to trugreen

I'm sorry I every heard of free spray, they killed my grass and flowers, my weeds look great. Can't get my money back.

I wouldn't even give a 1 star , all I asked for was a spray to kill the weeds in my yard and my yard is all brown now they argued that I am obligated to have the 5 sprays done tell me why the hell would I want you to come back and finish killing off my lawn , I see this is going to get real ugly.
