Pretty disappointed. Heard lots of good things about this company only to have them blow me off completely. They were suppose to come and spray Saturday 8/8/26 in the morning, I called around 11a bc no one had shown up yet, they said someone would call me back, keeping in mind they confirmed all my info on file so it wasn’t like I had forgotten to book, which I initially thought. Called back again around 1 bc we had people coming over in the evening and really needed the yard sprayed, I was told they’d escalate my call and someone would call me back…. It’s now Tuesday 8/11, still no call back.

Stay away from this business. There is no one in office to answer calls or return calls. If they actually show up I am not sure if they are actually using any mosquito repellent because our yard had more mosquitoes than ever. A total disreputable company. Shame on franchise owner.

My family and I are a mosquito delicacy. The first 3 summers in our home, we couldn’t enjoy our backyard. This is our 2nd summer being treated by Mosquito Joe’s. It is so nice to be able to sit out back and enjoy my yard without being devoured by mosquitoes! Thank you!

The guy who came out today Avery did an awesome job and was extremely thorough with spraying and treating my yard. He went above and beyond most techs. We have used mosquito Joe for a long time, and are very happy with the company as well. They are always about pleasing the customer.

I will say while I havent personally used them for a service, their driver nearly ran me off the road about 5 minutes ago in western hills coming off the highway . and then proceeded to honk his horn. Super aggressive dude idk yall need to do better with who you’re hiring. Im 7 months pregnant and I drive about as safe as it can get so for him to have done all that was super scary and enough to make me feel like I need to let yall know in a public review. Please do better.

Taira is the best! With the addition of the dog run.. after she made sure the dog wasn't in it, she went in & sprayed in there too. You can tell the quality of the business by the training of the employees. Looking for another season with them. The service just keeps getting better! Taira was my service tech this last week. I always get a "heads-up" to be sure my dog is inside. You only have single services to choose on the review page but, Mosquito Joe techs also include an anti-flea shot into the mix. Great company to work with!

We have a pretty wet back yard. Our 1st couple of years I tried everything to get rid of the mosquitos, but no luck. Mosquito Joe was recommended by a friend. After the first application a very noticeable difference. Now into our 2nd year of the service and I would not change a thing.
