Wonderful service!

Came yesterday and I am already noticing an extreme decrease to almost none of my lady/stink bug issue I had contacted them about! Additional post. Company made an effort to come back for additional lady bugs I have been having issues with this year. Dave came at the time/day he said would and took care of everything I wanted done.

I’m very pleased with the service provided by X-Vector. Cameron is very great to work with and very efficient.

February 5, 2026. Andy did a great job treating our house inside and out. He was super friendly and caring individual. It's been a while since we'd had him, and it was great seeing his familiar face again. We hope to get him again on our next routine treatment. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Faith did a very thorough job spraying the inside and outside of our newly purchased house. She was super friendly and arrived early which was nice.

X vector treated our home today. Andy was right on scheduled time. He always goes above and beyond to make sure the job is complete. Top notch company and employees.

Amazing service and friendly staff

These guys are amazing. We moved into a home that was infested with cockroaches. The first visit it looked like a nuke went off. There was little roach bodies everywhere. I was so shocked by the results. Such good service and communication too. After each visit they follow up and anytime I've had a concern about a pest they'd call before hand to confirm and go over plans. I highly recommend these guys.

X V-Vector Pest Services went above and beyond! They took the time to inspect everything carefully and made sure the home I sent them to was completely treated. The technician was respectful, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I feel much more comfortable knowing the pests are gone. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I cant say enough about Xvector and Eric Miller. Extraordinary people and extraordinary service. If there were more stars they deserve them. The level of professionalism, communication and dedication to serving their customers is amazing and i cant thank them enough. If you have pest issues they are absolutely the company to call.

These guys are the best. They have been treating my home every other month and I have had no issues. Great communication with auto reminders of the date they are coming to treat. They are responsive if I ever need additional services (like bees on my porch) AND it was included in my monthly cost.

Not worth it. They asked me to leave a 5 star review and I did because an employee asked me to since they would get a bonus since I don’t want to interfere with someone’s financial well being since I don’t know their situation at home. But honestly I regret doing that. I’ve received the services multiple times and it doesn’t help much sure you’ll see roaches with damaged wings and dead after the first treatment but after that they just look normal. I know you see all these five star reviews and think it’s a great business but honestly it’s not. The employees ask you to and make it personal for their bonus. There is more to my one star reviews than that but I have decided not to go into it since it has to do with my personal life and their customer service. But I will say you should decide for yourself. I just want to help someone make an educated decision if they are looking into getting the service. For how much money I paid I feel like I deserved more than a five minute walk through where they are mostly chit chatting with me than spraying. The employees are super friendly but that isn’t what I was paying for. $90 a month my house should be doing great especially with a $185 start up cost. I honestly had high expectations for that price. If you are thinking about getting a service from this company please take into consideration my experience if you can afford to take the chance do it but if you are low income look into other businesses in your area and get a quote and look at the reviews. If a business doesn’t have some bad reviews are their reviews authentic? No especially when you are asked to leave reviews and are reeled in by a someone’s life story… I hope this company does a turn around …

I'm writing this review for a very close friend who is on a fixed income!! She has a Very Bad roach infestation and they have been there 4 times now and nothing has changed except handing them $100 every time and have not treated this situation as seriously as they should!! Been doing basic treatment it appears and not doing what needs to be done! Have not gone under the house or in the attic once! Have not treated in the walls which is where I feel they need to do. After 4 treatments you should see some type of improvement but nothing has changed but losing money while her house is still badly infested and I have suggested that she looks for a professional exterminator who has the proper experience and personal knowledge and chemicals that work and has a detailed plan for the situation and they seem to have NO type of guarantee for their services!! I would not recommend this exterminator for anything but basic issues. Ants etc. They need to spray into the walls and fog under the house and in the attic and treat the yard around the house! Just do what you need to handle the situation or admit it's to much for your company to deal with due to not having the proper equipment or employees to get this handled and finished!! Would you want to deal with roaches everywhere and on you while you sleep and crawling up your walls and floors?? It's BAD AND NOT ANY BETTER THAN DAY ONE THEY STARTED!!

Best pest service I had ever had great people verybpolite
