Arab Pest Control

4/6/2026 I received a bill from Arab on the first or second of April. It was for termite protection dated 2/1/2026 As the appointment date. I thought it odd that I’d be receiving a bill two months after the service date. Checking the calendar, 2/1/2026 Falls on a Sunday. I thought that odd and have no footage or evidence of their trucks being here that day. So I called into their office today To ask about this. After talking to the lady in the office, she Gave me a service date of 3/2/2026. Once again, I have no footage or evidence of them being there at that date. At this point, I called back and explained that they had not been there on that date. At this point, I asked them to come and collect their bait traps. This service cost $278.85 a year with Arab and for that, They are supposed to come out twice a year. For the same service provided by Tri-County pest control I was quoted $50 per visit. Which means for the same service I’d only be paying $100.00 a year. A savings of $178.85 a year. Now I’ll be honest $100.00 a year seems cheap, But if you send an invoice out with Date from two months ago.(Which happened to fall on a Sunday) I call you and question about it and given another date that doesn’t fall in the same month that your invoice appointment dated. And l can’t find any footage or evidence of Arab being there on the New date given me. I find that to be a odd. And one other thing. I have worked in the service industry, my entire life. We always set up an appointment and then on the day of the appointment we verified the appointment with the customer. After four years Using Arab For termite protection, I’ve only received one call to confirm that I was going to continue using them after the first year. After that, the only contact I had with their office was invoices.

The person who came was very friendly and professional. I originally called just for a yellow jacket nest but after talking with him found out that having the outside of the house done was more affordable than I thought . He came out the same day but it started to rain while he was here and then came the next day. I would recommend them.

I tried to deal with a case of bed bugs on my own for a long time. I finally decided to give Arab a call and they did heat remediation on my home. The bugs were killed almost immediately. I highly recommend these folks

This company has the best employees that any customer would want to do business with, They offer all pest services, including bed bug Control, the have chemical, steam and heat bed bug control and is now offering fumigation total elimination for your bed bug and many other pest problems .

Why do you say free estimate and charge $100.00 non-refundable to the elderly noless

These people are way overpriced! We trusted them with our spraying of our cabin, barn and house for ladybugs twice a year here in Laurelville and they were charging us $475. We got a guesstimate from Tri County Pest control that was $300 less. That is quite a difference. Just wasted money there. When I called to ask why she didn't have an answer and told me "good luck, get what you pay for". What a rip off... 20 gallons of spray, guy here for half hour, and it was $508 with tax. RIP OFF. Don't use these people.
