Gentleman was very professional and kind. He did an awesome job and their service was exactly as described.

Since my last review was deleted I will post an update. I signed up for the pest free program in April. A tech came out and was supposed to spray the entire inside and outside of my house. We left the house and returned 15 minutes later to grab something and the tech was already sitting in his truck in the rain. I couldn't believe he had time to spray everything in the 15 minutes we were gone. I contacted their customer service with my concerns and got nowhere. I contacted another exterminator to come inspect and he found carpenter ants and spiders in the basement and ant hills on the sidewalks only one week after Buckeye supposedly sprayed. Since customer service was no help I called and requested to speak to the owner who I had to leave a voicemail for. I spoke to him days later and he came to look at my house. I told him then that I wanted a refund and he said if I didn't use my second spray in August he would do a refund. I contacted him this week to inquire about the refund and was offered $125. I paid $500 originally plus I had to pay to hire someone else. When I told him I wanted atleast half my money back he just quit responding. This is one of the most unethical companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and I feel like my only option now is to contact an attorney. $500 for an inspection is unacceptable and the unprofessionalism from owner to customer service reps is shocking.

Great company

We had a severe mole problem in our yard. Called Buckeye Exterminating. Very busy, took a week to get to us. Came out and got rid of the moles, but they came back. Had to call them again, it was 1/2 price, possibly very hard to get rid of moles. This last time, they were headed to our home. I'm hopeful this last time does the trick..
