I thought the tech that came out was very nice and professional and did a good job but ultimately couldn't find a point of entry where the squirrels were coming in/out. Again great guy and fair pricing but in the end just didn't get the job done.

Amazing family owned business, thought I left a review months ago. They are wonderful and very helpful. Edit: that my wife also reminded me to add, they could have made money off a service we didn’t need and they were completely honest and told us we didn’t need that service… not too many companies would do that!

BAD! They came out for a pest control issue, supposedly sealed up the house and we paid almost $500 for it. But not 3 months later we had the exact same pest issue again. So we called them and they said they only provide warranties for 30 DAYS and that we will be charged if we want their services. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! They charge ridiculous prices and don't fix your problem.

FIVE STARS!!! Mosquitoes are gone for good! I've used Complete Pest Solutions of Akron twice. The first time was for a low hanging hornet nest on my house. They were on time, had great communication, and did it right the first time. BUT, that wasn't the one that really impressed me... I have a campsite that borders some pretty dense woods. This year the mosquitoes have been so terrible that we couldn't enjoy ourselves at all. We tried Deep Woods repellant, natural repellant, citronella candles and torches, all to no avail. We were even getting bit through our clothes when we tried wearing long sleeves and pants! I've never experienced a mosquito infestation like this. It was horrible. I called Complete Pest Solutions of Akron and they sent Tom out to exterminate the mosquitoes. He walked 70 feet into the woods and fogged everything, sprayed up into our trees, walked the roof of our camper, treated beneath our patio. He was out there with his fog machine for almost 2 hours! Since the treatment, not only have we not seen a mosquito, we are finding the dead pests here and there along with exterminated spiders and other nuisance bugs that continue to die from the residual effects of the treatment. Tom was extremely professional, polite, and he did a wonderful job of explaining in detail why we had an infestation and what he was doing to combat our situation. I highly recommend Complete Pest Solutions of Akron for any pest control needs that you may have! Their service is money well spent.

Excellent Job!!!!! First of all it is great working with a family owned business. Before they came out I was trying to solve the problem with old spring traps. The mice were winning. After their first visit I did not see or trap one more mouse. They came back 10 days later and plugged the areas the mice were coming in. Complete professionals. I would recommend them to anyone. They eliminated a Yellowjacket problem then removed & sealed several bat locations on my home. Not easy to do with a 3 story home. Appreciate it!

I highly recommend this company. Good work, reasonable pricing, and the owners Tom and Pam are friendly and down to earth. We used their service for a squirrel in the chimney situation, and an ant problem. They will be our go to for any other problems we may have in the future. You won’t go wrong in choosing this company.

We saw a mouse in our house and gave Complete Pest Solutions a call. Tom was able to come out to our house the next day, walked us through their process, and placed baits for the mice. Scheduling was quick and easy. Tom came back two weeks later to check all the baits and seal around the outside of our house. Tom was on time for both appointments (alerted me to a slight tardiness well in advance of the second), was professional in the house and outside, and went above and beyond to help correct a few items near our dryer and out-vents to help keep future mice from getting into the house. We are very happy with the service and will use this company again if we have any issues in the future.
