Inspectors came and were very thorough at checking for what I thought was something that it wasn't. I had carpet beetles, and it was easy enough to treat. I needed to vacuum the areas really, really well. I got charged the inspection fee and nothing more. The inspector even told me I could contact him on his personal number anytime I needed if I saw anything suspicious and I could have him come out again free of charge. I could also text him photos at any time.Very professional and friendly! Wou

Initially thought it was a great interaction with Orkin. I was having issues getting an exterminator scheduled in a timely manner to take care of yellow jackets at my house. They scheduled an inspection and treatment the next day. I received both a confirmation email and text message confirming the appointment and time window. Day of service no one shows up. I called Orkin they said that they did not confirm with the local branch that the tech was available and could not come out. Extremely frus

I’ve had some issues with my assigned tech Alexander. He showed up today and essentially did nothing. He did nothing inside, and only sprayed the front of the house and one side and left. He. Didn’t do anything inside the house or around the back or other side of the house yet his report said he did the entire perimeter of the house and the interior of the house and listed the rooms.
