Gary was our savior when we found bed bugs in our home. He came out right away and solved the problem with just 1 treatment. I'll always use or recommend him for bed bug treatment. And his dog is the most amazing little guy!

Our nightmare started in December when we brought back BBs from our hotel in Pigeon Forge, TN. I had my pest control company come in and do the chemical treatment first. This involved removing EVERYTHING from my home along with multiple other things. A lot went on and it was a nightmare. Two months after having the chemical treatment done and them having to come back 3 times to spray, we were still having an issue. I had it narrowed down to my son's room. I researched companies and read the reviews. I called Gary and he answered right away. He talked with me as long as I had questions and answered them to the best of his ability. He brought Zeb in and sure enough found 4 places. 3 in my son's room and 1 in his bathroom. (clothes hamper) We talked about prep (defiantly no where near the chemical prep) and he came and completed the treatment process. He kept me updated throughout the day when I asked questions and was very honest. He brought Zeb back and he did not alert anywhere in the house. He even checked my parents house and our camper for peace of mind. A week later and Gary is still kind enough to talk to me and answer any questions my anxiety-ridden self may have! You cant find that everywhere. It's going to take time to get over this and not have the fear of the "what ifs" or "wonder ifs" but we are on our way there. Thank you STBBC!

I found Gary after searching relentlessly in my area for someone who could do a heat treatment for bed bugs. He traveled about 3 hours to provide service for us. The entire process was great. During our first phone call, he spent a lot of time educating me about bed bugs and later helped my family understand the heat process as well. He was very accommodating to needs and schedules. Gary started his business after having his own experience with bed bugs so I felt like he really understood what we were experiencing. I contacted him to help a family member, but as I was searching my own home to make sure I didn't bring any back with me, he was SO kind in reassuring me that a bug I did find was not a bed bug when I texted him in a panic! He then sent me a link to bug he believed it to be (carpet beetle....never even heard of one before I met Gary). A couple days after the heat treatment, Gary brought his dog back to see if any bugs survived the treatment. This reassurance really gave my family member (and the rest of us) peace of mind and we feel like we won't have to spend our entire lives on a bed bug hunt anymore. Overall, you'll want Gary in your corner if you experience bed bugs. Heat treatment is more expensive than chemicals, but the benefits FAR outweigh the costs (if you have the means). Thank you Gary! Gary and his team (including his dog, Zeb!) were an absolute godsend this fall. After traveling, we managed to bring some bed bugs home, and found this business online. Gary was calm, patient, and gave us excellent education about our experiences, and why certain treatments are effective/not effective, and what we can do to help. We ended up hiring him and completed a consultation with him where he came to our house and inspected our bug issues; then did a day long heat treatment. He was an excellent communicator, and he and his team did fantastic work. To top it off, just to put us at ease; he did a canine inspection with his trained dog (who is super adorable, by the way!), and gave us a clean bill of no bed bugs. Gary was extremely professional and knowledgeable. An entire Girl Scout troop was exposed to a bed bug infestation during a troop camping trip. All of us Moms were stressed out and losing sleep (and our minds) over the fear of bringing these nasty bugs home and what that might cost for our families and our troop. Gary was quick and professional in his response, he even traveled 6 hours out of his way (on his birthday nonetheless!) to put in an over 16 hour day of work to go through all our homes with his dog and give us all the piece of mind we desperately needed for our mental sanity!!!
