Incredible detail on his inspections to a level you won't see anywhere else. He was great with tenants, and took great care while crawling absolutely everywhere. I can't recommend him more highly for an inspection that truly does more than just kicking the tires.

Barrant provided an extremely thorough review of the home I was purchasing, but was also available to help call out the important findings from that list that needed attention. We hired Barant Pastorek "Bear" to inspect a house in Newark we had under contract to purchase. He did the most thorough inspection! He really took his time and the report was very detailed. He found things that were so hidden I know we would have never noticed them, and they helped with negotiations on seller concessions. He even noticed a gas leak outside, averting a potential disaster. We felt confident that we knew the condition of the property we were buying. He is very friendly and has a great way about him. If you are buying a property, we highly recommend him. We plan to use him for all the properties we buy in the future.

Bear Property Inspections inspected a home I went into contract on. He did a very thorough job checking the house from top to bottom and took the time to walk me through all findings that he felt were of concern and went over what to expect in the Home Inspection report. When I received the report it was very large and thorough showing everything Barant inspected and that was out of the ordinary.
