I began with Hersh Exterminating 37 years ago and continued with Orkin when they bought Hersh Exterminating. We will be looking for another company, the service is deplorable with Orkin. Today a technician came out to do the once a year check of our termite stations. I do have mulch on two sides of my home and along our brick patio. Mulch gets a hard layer after being laid down for 5 months so it’s easily visible to see where it’s been disturbed to check a station. To assist the technicians we h

Orkin deceived me on an estimate of work to seal my house. Said a brick house was more difficult than other houses. There are so many nooks and crannies. Said it woul take between 1-2 days to complete. Charged over 2600 dollars. Took them a couple hours. When I complained they said they got the job done and it doesn’t matter how long it took. Why would I knowingly pay for someone to do this for that much money if it was easy job. The materials were less than 200 dollars. Shame on you Orkin. Obv

Had a scheduled appointment on Monday from 4-6 technician never showed up rescheduled for wensday from 2-4 i scheduled it for this time slot because i get off work at 2 I don't work far from my home I was running a little late texted the technician at 2:20 he was still here at my house told him I would be there in 15 mens but he wouldn't wait but it was OK for me to sit home for 2 hours waiting for a technician who never showed up or text to say he was running late called the main office and the
