I recently acquired a home with several infestations. The former owner was a hoarder with significant personal hygiene deficencies. The house and the surrounding property was full of biting flies, ants, mosquitos, mice, rats and racoons. Empire managed the situation promptly, effectively and professionally. Thanks to them, I can access to the property without being absolutely SWARMED by insects and startled by critters. I would definitely recommend seeking their services to anyone dealing with a similar or (hopefully) less severe situation.

Highly recommend Empire termite and Pest Control thank you for your service. I am a contractor I was working at a customer's house and found termites. Which I knew needed to be treated right away. Called Empire and set up an inspection which they responded back very quickly and was able to meet my needs. When they came to inspect the house they did a thorough inspection which consisted of a crawl space, interior, walls and a attic nothing was missed. After the inspection a very reasonable quote was given and was told they could be there the next day in the afternoon that they already had a job scheduled for morning. The next day I came waiting for them to show up and received a phone call earlier than expected saying that they had finished up with their job and was on their way if that was okay. They showed up did everything they said they was going to do and more not only treated the inside of the home but also the outside. Upon finishing the job the proper documentation stating what chemicals they used and what the chemical is treated was giving to both the homeowner and myself. Assuring that both the chemicals were pet and environment friendly. After treating there was no signs of any termites whatsoever. Thank you Empire termite and Pest Control

I was desperately fighting ant problems outside my house and inside my house! So I called Empire pest control and they came out the next day treated my exterior and treated the inside of my house especially around the sinks. It’s been over a week and I haven’t seen one ant, Thanks Empire pest control for doing such an awesome job! Mark

The technicians came out and did an extremely thorough inspection of my house. Found termites where no other company did. Then tailored a termite treatment to best suit my needs.

1. Dishonest Practices: From the outset, Empire Pest Control presented misleading information. They promised comprehensive pest control solutions but failed to deliver on their commitments. Their initial inspection was cursory at best, and they provided an inflated quote that did not match the services rendered. 2. Ineffective and Dangerous Treatments: The treatments they used were not only ineffective but also potentially hazardous. Despite assurances of pet-safe and family-friendly products, our pets exhibited signs of distress and illness after the treatment. We had to make an emergency trip to the vet, which was both distressing and costly. 3. Gross Negligence: Empire Pest Control not only used the wrong pesticide in our home—one that had no bearing on our pest issue—but they also left an entire open jug of this granular product in our kitchen, within reach of our 3-year-old child. This gross negligence could have resulted in a severe accident. There was no documentation provided, and we had no way of knowing when they entered our home. 4. Exploiting Their License: They took advantage of their license to apply pesticides in a way that was not only unprofessional but also unsafe. The misuse of pesticides in our home is currently under investigation by the State of Ohio. This speaks volumes about their lack of regard for safety and regulations. 5. Poor Customer Service: When we contacted them to address our concerns, we were met with indifference and unhelpful responses. They showed no interest in resolving the issues we faced and were dismissive of the health concerns raised. Their lack of accountability was appalling. 6. Unsafe for Families: Our experience left us deeply concerned for the safety of families who might use their services. The harmful effects on our pets and the potential risk to children and adults in the household cannot be overstated. This company's practices are not only unprofessional but also dangerous. Conclusion: I strongly advise against using Empire Pest Control. Their dishonest practices, ineffective and harmful treatments, gross negligence, and lack of customer care make them a serious risk to homeowners, their pets, and their families. Look elsewhere for a reliable and safe pest control service.

SCAM CONSUMER BEWARE! I recently had a deeply troubling experience with Empire. They were hired, by my landlord, to address a pest issue inside my home, but instead of using the appropriate indoor pesticides, they used outdoor pesticides inside. They left AN ENTIRE CONTAINER OF OUTDOOR PESTICIDES ****OPEN**** on my kitchen floor. Since then, my family and I have become sick from exposure to these chemicals. When I contacted the company to address the issue, they were completely uncooperative and refused to take any responsibility or offer a solution. Even after I informed them I have a special needs child as well as other children in my home. Additionally, they failed to provide any literature or information about the chemicals used in my home, which is both unprofessional and unsafe. Despite their treatment, the pest problem persists, and I am now unable to stay in my home due to the ineffective and harmful pest management practices they employed. I had to call another company to come in behind them to treat. I strongly advise against using Empire for any pest control needs. Their negligence and poor customer service have put my family's health at risk and left us with an unresolved pest issue. My next phone calls are to my lawyer and a follow up with the director of Ohio Agriculture. HEED MY WARNING!! DONT LET THIS COMPANY SCAM YOU

I had an Incredible experience with Dave! He came on time, actually a little bit early, he gave great service and most importantly! He was very fair, honest and trustworthy. He didn't try to take advantage of my situation and sell me on a service that I didn’t need and for that I would recommend Empire Termite and Pest Control to anyone.

David was very fair on price and very polite. He did a great job at communicating. He was able to come that day which was awesome. And even came earlier than was scheduled but of course called before to see if that was ok. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. We used there service for termite inspection. But will use them in the future for sure!!!!

Dave from Empire was supposed to treat my home on 11/19/18. I told him I was available all day that day, and allowed him to set the time. Dave said he would be at my house at 10 a.m. on the 19th. 10 a.m. came and went and no Dave. Never showed or had the common courtesy to even call. If you want to hire a trustworthy, dependable company scratch Empire Termite & Pest Control off your list

Confidential - he came in a normal everyday car so that my neighbors didn't know that I had bedbugs. So confidential, in fact, a few months later I recommended him to my neighbor - and I didn't even realize that he was there! And it really works!! Most recently, I called Shane and his Dad from Empire Termite & Pest Control to provide an analysis of my rental property. The were very professional in assessing the needs of the building/tenants. They provided excellent customer service in explaining the process of pest control and immediately worked at eradicating the problem. The price was very reasonable and I will use them again. I was extremely impressed by the follow up communication provided and the high skill level provided in extermination. Best of all, they were very discreet, focused and professional in attacking the bug problem.
