The Mindful Beekeeper LLC - Honeybee Relocation, Bee Swarm Removal, Artisanal Honey

I reached out to this business because I noticed a honey bee on my bird feeder the other day. I ended up googling why it would be on my feeder when it was only around 45 degrees out at the time. Honey bees are apparently attracted to the corn and sunflower seed because it mimics the pollen they feed their young. A friend told me about bee pollen and I was searching for a place to buy some. Just to bridge the bees over until flowers start to bloom. Josh was kind enough to reach out and let me know that he didn't have any bee pollen, but sugar water would be a good alternative. I'll whip some of that up and put it out to see what happens! 😀🐝

Very happy with our yellow jacket removal service from within our porch soffit. He was thorough, communicative, and safety was his top priority. He went the extra mile to check connecting attic spaces as a precaution. Four weeks have past since he took care of our problem and we are able to enjoy our porch again!

Had a Yellowjacket nest I couldn’t find in the house and ended up being a pretty big one. He was able to quickly locate and remove the bees and nest. Also takes care to make sure that if anyone in your family is allergic to move you to the top of the list of jobs to keep you safe!!!!! Also does well at communicating with you throughly whether it’s timing to get to your residence or as he is working to update you with what he’s doing or has found. Definitely the one you want to call if you have a problem that goes a little further than the spray!!!!

We got ahold of the mindful beekeeper, he came out on a Sunday evening. We think they were eastern yellow jackets. He was very professional and removed them quickly. If you have bees, wasps, hornets, etc. Call them, I highly recommend them.

We highly recommend The Mindful Beekeeper! We had a large cutout done upstairs and Josh removed the bees humanely. He worked efficiently and kept us updated throughout the entire process. He also followed up after the bees were removed to make sure the outside of the house was sealed up and we were bee free!

Painters, who were working on our 146-year old house, discovered a massive yellow jacket nest behind decorative wood work. Needless to say, work stopped in that vicinity. Josh arrived about five hours later, a while before sundown. He assessed the situation, got into his protective gear, and set about removing the queen and a whole lot of her brood. Minimum damage to the woodwork, a fair price, and obviously a very responsive operation. All with a minimum use of chemicals. The painters were back at work the next day. We couldn’t recommend Josh more highly.
