Great Consultant Micah spent the time and effort to inspect my apartment in details and didn’t charge me anything for inspection despite making the drive to my apartment and taking the time. Nevertheless, but he was very kind to explain everything going on at my apartment and giving me the options I could choose from. I appreciate the honesty a lot. He gave me so many advices and apparently was not after the money, but treating the customer well is what I also liked a lot about this company

Micah from Delving was great. He did an inspection of the entire house, filled holes where mice were getting in, set out bait to kill them, gave me suggestions for things I needed to do, and scheduled a time to come back to see if it worked. Very professional and helpful. And best of all they don’t try to sell you a yearly service contract. I would highly recommend Delving and Micah!

I called Delving to eliminate a hive of yellow jackets that was hidden under my porch. The amazing customer service started with Amy who thoroughly explained their process and assured me they would get rid of the insects. My technician Vanessa was also top notch. Not only did she take care of the yellow jackets, but she also sprayed all around the outside of the house for spiders and knocked down the webs. When a few larvae hatched, it only took one quick call to get a complimentary second treatment, and I haven’t seen another yellow jacket since. I was 100% satisfied with the service. Amy even made a follow-up call to ensure the issue was resolved. I would recommend Delving to anyone, and I would definitely call them again if I have any other issues.

I have called upon Delving Pest Control to deal with a yellow jacket issue twice in the last 2 years. Both times, I have had positive experiences. They were prompt, explained the procedure thoroughly, and eliminated the problem. After the service, they followed up to confirm that all was well or if additional treatment might be needed. I was very pleased both times and would recommend them to others. If I have any pest issues in the future, I will be reaching out to them again.

I had a wasp problem that was located in a frequently used area, and in a barn full of animals. I called other pest services prior to calling them, and was told I would need to sign a contract for 1 year, and be charged a monthly maintainance fee. Not only did this company come promptly ( within an hour of placing my call) , they were upfront with their cost, no contract,and very thorough in explaining the process. Nothing but 👍 great!

Looked up pest control in Defi and Delving popped up. Called, and there no answer. Left a message through their website and have yet to hear from them. Must pest control issues tend to be urgent, so I was disappointed not to hear from them. Maybe I will hear back from them, and hopefully, the work isn't a reflection of their customer service up to this point. 🤔

At this time of crisis, I was called right after the banks opened. Not only that but two days early, he normally takes it out on the 3rd but he called on the 1st! Well, I decided to email the owner & he emailed me right back. He refunded my payment & had considered my contract paid in full. I was not expecting that. I was just expecting to pay it in May. With stocking up among other things, that refunded payment helped so much. Thank you so much. It was greatly appreciated.
