I'm writing this review for Bug-A-Boo pest control. If you are having a problem (mine was with the tiny ants after heavy rains) - call Bug-A-Boo. You will not have to worry about your problem another iota of a second after they have visited and taken care of the problem. The technicians rock - and are totally knowledgeable with their assessments. Heather and Lindsey follow up, and follow through. I could tell they feel good about working at Bug-A-Boo and that means so much for a job well done!!

Heather was very efficient and my wife, working from home, barely noticed that Heather was providing the service!

Disrespectful/ bad language. And over all not a good fit. I rather pay 100 more and have someone respectable in my home. Than have these disrespectful people in my home.

Showed up to spray for Carpenter bees with no appointment. Bonnie forgot to call us, so I reschedule. On the day that they was supposed to come out between 4 and 6pm, I called them at 5:30 and Bonnie answered and told me that the appointment was cancelled and she was rescheduling it for 2 days later due to being short on technicians. So was she waiting until 6 to call me? Who knows. I cancelled that appointment and called Midwest Pest Control and had an appointment within in 2 days

Waited my money on these people. They were expensive and did NO GOOD in ridding my home of bed bugs. I did more with over the counter products. I had to call another company. Do NOT make the same mistake. Mrs.Eunice Evilsizer (My mother wanted me to make this post.)
