Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this company and would not recommend them. They provided an ineffective bed bug treatment and failed to mention that a follow-up treatment is required. Unprofessional service with no accountability or communication when we tried to reach out.

The employees were professional, but we had them come 2-3 times and we are still getting mice in our home. The 30 day policy is not long enough, and I feel like they dont actually find the source of where they are entering as they keep reappearing.

Shane was very personable, helpful, and quick in getting us an appointment. Vinny was our technician and he was excellent— professional, honest, and very helpful. We had been fearful of termite issues and he was able to do a thorough inspection and assure us it was not termites but just a damaged-wood situation on the back patio steps. Nick was fantastic. His phone call 15 minutes outside. The house was reassuring. Is demeanor, professional, and friendly. He resolved the issue, which was very distressing to me within 20 minutes! He also bothered to inspect throughout the basement and the perimeter of the house outside. In addition, he plugged up two little holes underneath my back deck, gratis! I could not have asked for more from this company and this technician. 10/10

I bought my house in August 2023 and have been dealing with mice activity ever since. I signed up for a plan with Orkin, and while they did install exclusion work to seal potential entry points, we continued seeing activity in our bait stations. Looking for a second opinion, I reached out to High Rock Pest Control and I’m so glad I did. Vinny came out for an inspection and found a possible entry point near one of the baits that had the most activity. He sealed it up with steel wool, and ever since then, we haven’t seen any signs of mice in any of our bait stations. That’s something we never achieved the entire time we were with Orkin. Vinny’s thoroughness and High Rock’s service made all the difference. I highly recommend them if you want real results!

We worked with High Rock Pest Control on a carpenter bee problem in our roof. They were extremely prompt (coming out next day!) and Nick was super quick & easy to work with when he arrived. They also have a 30 day guarantee, so I know that if we need to look at it again, we're covered!
