I called to have a quote done . The man called and rescheduled for the next evening. When the next evening came, he was a no call,no show!!! My husband and I called several times and got his voice mail. I left a voice mail for him. That was 12 hours ago!!! He hasn't returned my call! This is very poor customer service!!! I'm nit sure how he has received 5 stars thus far if this is how he conducts business!!!!
