Bought a house inspected and treated for WDI by Aardvark. Within 2 months of moving in I found carpenter ants, and shortly after hornets in my deck railing. No warranty apparently and they wanted to charge me over $400 to come and treat. The deck was "treated" right before closing but the holes and damage left open. Had to hire another company to come out and handle both issues. I would never hire them.
Great company. I used their website for a quote and the owner John called me 30 minutes later (while he was on vacation). Chris was out to my house 3 hrs later. Exceptional customer service, very informative and knowledgeable about my pest issues. I would highly recommend this company if you’re in need of pest control. Thank you John & Chris!
