I signed up with Greenix and was really disappointed with the service. Within the first two weeks, I realized it wasn’t what I was promised. The technician came out, but the treatment didn’t seem effective, and I still had the same pest issues. On top of that, trying to cancel has been frustrating — they don’t make it easy, and the customer service is not very helpful. Dylan at Greenix has now serviced our home several times with insect/pest/mosquito treatments. Most recently he treated the yard to keep the mosquito and flea populations down. We currently have a problem with tiny red clover mites invading our home through our windows. We are hopeful that these treatments will also stop the mites as well. I canceled my service after the contract was done. Greenix kept billing me. I called for 3 months each time. I finally had to lose my temper with your customer service . You then canceled me out a refunded my money. My son was here when I first called and your people said it was canceled. Then when it happened again my sister was here and heard the entire conversation. I was told that it would be taken care of and the person apologized. The third time is when your person canceled it
