ECO-THERM LLC

Wouldn't Use.... So this company was 1 of 7 that I called to get a quote from to come spray for Earwigs. 2 of the 7 companies needed to come do an in person quote and Ecotherm was one. They set up appointment from 1130-12 today. The other company was set up for 230 today. 12:11 comes and my phone rings from Brian calling to tell me that his coworker lost his pet today and was running way behind and asked if that was ok. I told him that was fine, the most would be they'd be here with another company giving me a quote. This guy done for mad and told me just go with them then. I was stunned and asked if he was serious and he said yeah, go with them and hung up on me. I'm sorry EcoTherm that you didn't think there's any competition out here but yeah I'm not silly enough to just go with 1 quote. Good luck running your business that way.

Brian and his guy's were awesome were professional and courteous showed up in plain white vehicles no advertising for bed bugs. We purchased a new home and upon demolition found bed bugs being concerned we started doing research and decided to go with eco therm I am very confident that with the thorough and professional job they did we will be bug free as everything that was here is dead on the floor and with the warranty they provided it's a extra piece of mind so thank you Brian and crew for the great job and will be recommending you to anyone who I hear had the unfortunate luck we had.
