We had yellow jackets under our siding and coming in our house. We called and they came right over. Phillip was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do. He was very kind and we got to meet Franklin. We were very impressed with his job. We will call again if we need his help.

Great staff! Excellent to work with, and come HIGHLY recommended! We have used them for routine services as well as emergency services. When we were worried we were exposed to bed bugs they came out immediately and brought the bed bug detecting beagle. They were extremely thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Own a log home and have used Action Now FOREVER to control carpenter bees and the occasional mouse or bat visitor. Their expertise and professionalism is paramount. No matter the problem, they take care of it and, if afterwards they rear their ugly head, they come back at no additional charge to run them off again. I also appreciate the fact that they wear safety equipment and use products that aren't harmful to me or my animals. They are conscious of not leaving my windows a mess from sprays (as much as they can be). ALSO, if you call another company, they'll be coy about their warranty and/or evasive about their price. Action Now is upfront and honest. Save yourself the aggravation of calling around and just call ACTION NOW. You won't be sorry! A Special shout-out to Jeremy who recently came out and took care of those carpenter bee's, actually walking around my house a couple times after spraying to watch them and even hit up around my soffit on the roof peaks. Simply amazing!

I have had excellent experience with all of Action Now Pest Control's services. They treat our business and personal lawns as well as setting rat stations and doing a pest shield 3 times per year (bug prevention). It has been convenient and effective. We also love Frankie the bed bug detection dog! His trainer, Phillip, is professional, prompt, and incredibly knowledgeable and Frankie is impressive. They do a preventative search of our short-term rental every quarter and their thoroughness gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend their services if you're dealing with any pest issues!

Had a bed bug problem. Phillip, the handler, and Franklin, the dog, came out. They were very thorough and were able to detect the places where they were hiding and eliminate them. Phillip was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services. The office staff was very patient and helpful as well.

Recently we called due to a problem with yellow jackets at our home. Action Now gave us quick service and Tanner came out to assess the situation. He was very polite , proffessional, and knowledgeable. He took his time and we felt the charge was very reasonable for the work. Very happy with the job.

The only company we’ve found to rid of stink bugs! Plus, they offer a year warranty if anything appears after their spray. The receptionist is always very friendly, as well as the workers who come to spray. Best pest control company we’ve used. Highly recommend.

Based on a previous similar review from Jess Burley (and my own experience just now with Action Now) I felt compelled to write this review. My wife had called Action Now to address a yellow jacket nest that had formed under our deck siding on Friday, July 26th. The technician Bob arrived on-site and had my kids take him to the nest area (without speaking to either my wife or I). Then Bob treated the area with some powder and explained to my wife that, should we see any issues with the yellowjackets after treatment to give them a call and he would gladly come back. $109 bucks boom done. 24 hours later on Saturday I am walking my dog in my yard and a tree next to my deck now has a swarm 1 to 2 dozen yellow jackets crawling all over leaves on a branch and my basketball hoop. I look, there is no nest, they are just globbed together hanging out. I figure, oh, perhaps it is the nest dissipating and they will be on their way tomorrow. I check back again on Sunday, and yep, still there. Monday morning I walk my dog, look over, and yep, still there. I decide to heed Bob's advice and call Action Now back to have them address these yellow jackets. The receptionist listens to my explanation and then tells me it would be an additional $109 dollars to address this issue. I explain that Bob told us to call and that he would come back and address. She then speaks with Chris, who assures her that the issue I am describing is "atypical" and would require another $109 to address because its another nest. I state please do not come back, and hang up. I do not typically write reviews, but I felt as though their behavior in this situation was misleading. Avoid.

Absolutely the best. Easy to make an appointment. Tanner was on time, in and out in 20 mi nutes, extremely polite and knowledgeable. Best price and guarantee in the business. This time just those pesky little ants but I will call them for any future problem 100%.

As a country girl from day one, I've had my fair share of unwanted 'guests' indoors! Enter Action Now Pest Control and my stink bug nightmare is a distant memory. We have the annual plan so they come out every couple of months and thoroughly and thoughtfully handle whatever we need to have eliminated. This most recent visit handled a mouse invasion along with our first application of outdoor pest control for the year. Their technicians are always kind and personable and they are also very thorough and knowledgeable. I had a service done for a yellow jacket nest I had at my home. The initial service went great and the technician Jess was very helpful and informative. I was told if there was any activity at all call after 72 hours, not before. Since the treatment I’ve had a few yellow jackets still crawling around my home and my young daughter was stung by one. I called to ask them to come out and reevaluate the nest. I had a Tom return my call and he tried to come up with several excuses on why he couldn’t come assist. For example he said he wasn’t familiar with where the nest was. I told him I watched Jessica I could show him the nest. Then he said he wasn’t sure where the yellow jackets would be coming from at all.. I had 1 nest on my property I told him that as well and he became more irritable the more I pressed for help. He became emotional and condescending which seemed odd and I definitely felt uncomfortable expecting him to come to my home after that. So even if they guarantee their work verbally they will try to argue if you need it. If you’re a single person I wouldn’t suggest you contact this company I can’t imagine how uncomfortable and emotional Tom gets in person.

I used this company for an ant problem we had in the home. 1st time spraying we noticed a 98% improvement. For only $198 it covers us for 6 months. We called them back stating we saw only a few more ants. They came back and sprayed agian..nocharge and on top of it called is back within 1 day of our voice message. Every person they sent was very very proffesional. They work hard...fast. Clean... Polite. Will use agian if i have any other problems. 100% good quality.
