I called Glenn with a yellow jacket issue and he was out the next day! He was flexible timing which is great. He found the root of the problem in about two minutes, seriously! He was very professional, kind and personable. 10/10 would recommend him!!

We came in this morning to little bugs EVERYWHERE!! I called Maximum and they were there within a few hours. Found out it was rice weevils from bird seed we had in our laundry room. Didn’t charge me a cent because he didn’t need to spray for them. He even took the bag of bird seed out to the trash for us. Great small business! Not interested in spending my money when it wasn’t necessary. Highly recommend!

Glenn and his team did a terrific job with our termite treatment. Took just a few hours, and they left my property just as they found it. After one day I can already tell the treatment is working as the problem spots with termite swarms already appear clear. Highly recommend this company!

I haven’t seen not one ant since they came out.

Initially was fine, called on 4-5 &Tom came out on 4-6. Treated inside the house and did a good job. Could not spray outside as it was too wet. I was still seeing ant activity so I called on 4-13 and left a message. I got no response. I called again on 4-17, this time Glen called back and told me someone would be out between 3 and 5 on 4-20. I got home at 1:30 and was here waiting all afternoon. At 5pm I called and talked to Glen, informed him that no one showed up, was not happy that I wasted an afternoon and canceled my service which I had already paid for. Will be looking for a company that follows through and is reliable.

Glenn is a great guy. Very honest, friendly and helpful. He didn't hesitate to get us in as quick as possible.

I wish I could give 10 stars. One call, they came out the very next day as promised. Huge hornet's nest destroyed, at an extremely economical cost. I cannot say enough good about this business. Do yourself a favor and call Maximum Termite and Pest Control.

I contacted Glenn about a possible carpenter ant problem with my deck and had everything set up for him to come out to look at the deck. He told me over the phone he would stop by after 1pm and that he would call an hour before hand. Well he showed up at 10 am without calling and my family that were home to meet him were not ready for him to show up. We let him look at our deck which he took about 5 minutes to do and said we didn't have any problem. Not being very happy with how he treated the problem we contacted Sherzinger Pest control who came out and took plenty of time to look over the deck and answer questions. He confirmed that we do have carpenter ants in our deck. Seems like a decent company since we were referred by a friend, but got the feeling that they did not want this job. Overall I'm not very happy with how they treated our issue.
