Their communication is just great! They send a text message with the name of the professional who would come, the time they will be here 2 days in advance. On the day of service, they send a reminder and when they are here they give every single update and answer every question you ask. Love these guys and their work. Highly recommended.

Greenix showed up first in a search after some yellow jackets invaded my home. Reviews were decent. The service rep assured me that Greenix would go into the home, find the nest and not only kill our unwanted invaders, but destroy the eggs as well. I thought things were a bit hinky when they up-sold me on an expensive $60 monthly service. But if a service does what it’s supposed to do, I’m fine with it. The following day, Michael showed up. He went into the house but told us he couldn’t go into attic spaces, nor would he climb a ladder – two things I wish I had known. I literally would NEVER have hired this service if I knew they were this embarrassingly unprepared and unprofessional to handle the situation at hand. He went to the back of our house to see the wasp entry point, but insisted he “perform the hired service” first. He sprayed the foundation – a service I was never told I paid for. I hired Greenix for one thing – kill the yellow jackets! I have the same chemicals they have. I have an electric sprayer. I spray my foundation monthly. I don’t need to pay $60 for that service. No one should. Don’t pay $720 for that service. That’s insane! After spraying the foundation with common pesticides, Michael would haphazardly spray the yellow jacket area with a dust that barely came out of his duster. The device kept jamming and I watched as he’d try to figure out why the duster was clogging up, a problem he never seemed to solve. He wore no bee suit, either, meaning Greenix put Michael’s life in extreme danger by even having him perform this task without proper safety equipment. Yellow jackets can fatally harm a person who’s allergic to them in mere minutes, but here’s Michael just standing by, trying to fix his mediocre jury-rigged duster, all as angry yellow jackets swarmed overhead. Worse, the dude lied. He looked at the situation and told me that his powders would likely drive the nest deeper into the home. Then, when I questioned why I even hired this service, he reversed that statement, claiming his powder *would* kill the yellow jackets, but that it would take several treatments over the next year. I got contentious with him because, at that point, I felt as if I was being scammed by Greenix; that Michael was unlicensed and incapable of doing this task with any effectiveness. But he insisted it would work, so I allowed him to spray. Hours later and the yellow jackets were right back at it. It was obvious Greenix did nothing but take my money. The following day, the yellow jackets were worse. I called Greenix to cancel my service and request a refund. After a half-hour of runarounds, they agreed to cancel my service but refused to refund the initial service. I refused to leave the phone line until I got some kind of compensation. I noted that Michael’s life was in danger, and even mine was because Michael had done nothing to make sure what he was doing was even remotely safe. After another languishing half hour of waiting, Greenix agreed to give me a meager $60 – likely an employee discount. They would NOT refund the money. They told me they could send a “VIP” to check out the problem, but why would I want another likely-unlicensed tech (still likely armed with less knowledge than me) to come out? $60 is ridiculous. I told them I was going to leave a long negative review, and here it is. DO NOT use Greenix. If you have a bee, wasp, hornet or yellow jacket problem, call someone like A&A Pest Control in Stow. They know what they’re doing and they’re actually licensed and follow proper safety protocols. If you need your foundation sprayed for pests, do it yourself, or hire a neighbor to help. Greenix is a scam telemarketing pest control service designed to make whoever owns it passive income. They don’t care about their customers, and they do not treat their employees with safety and care. DO NOT use this company. Avoid at all costs. Thank you. And sorry to Michael, and whoever I talked to in their customer service departments. Quit your jobs. You work for a dangerous, disreputable company.

Been using Greenix for about a little over year now and it's the best decision ever. Prices are reasonable and the protection for my dog from fleas and ticks is a great addition to her meds from the vet. When they first came out we had a tiny mice problem and within about 4-6 months we no longer had even the slightest problem. Highly recommend!
