Had this company for years and the treatments provided were always great! But getting them to call you and set up an appointment, as they said they would, was worse than pulling teeth. Once we went for 6 months without a treatment when we were suppose to be getting one every 3 months for spiders. When both people in the home worked, had health conditions, took care of their parents and children and grand children, pest control should be the last worry on someone's mind. So when I called to ask why we would never get a call, but others we had gotten to use their services recieved calls for appts, I was rudely told to find someone else to do our services and was hung up on.
