Zack was extremely professional and friendly. Very informative about my issues and future solutions to the problems. I'd highly recommend Zack and Black Dog Pest Solutions to any future customers. They are dependable come on time. On the second project, Matthew did a great job removing one of the racoons living in my attic. There are more left but I'm sure Matt will remove them as well.

We have gotten our services from Black Dog for a couple years now. They always reach out to us when it’s time for them to come out for service. If I have an issue, he will come right back out. They are great. I’m glad I have them for our service.

Hi Donald, If you are still having an issue please give us a call. In some situations it can take a few treatments to completely eliminate the nest.
Zack sprayed the outside of my home.His work was satisfactory,and he was polite and friendly.

Walt K. is always courteous and respectful to our needs. My only other comment is that it is sometimes hard to get a connection with "Black Dog" to receive services.

Zach treated our home exterior for carpenter bees. I am happy to say that we have not seen any since he was here. He arrived early and was polite.

I had mice in my house they came out. They couldn’t find them and told me there was a hole in my roof so they sealed it. Two months later I had mice in my house again called a different exterminator and was told the hole was never sealed basically charge me $500 to do nothing I would never recommend these people ever I think all the positive reviews are from friends... they said this is a mistake but I had them over twice. They won't say anything. They just state that was a mistake, but it wasn't. They were here.
