We recently used this "company's" service but it was below subpar. 1: took a couple months for them to show up (I already removed 80% of the leaves) 2: the estimate was odd. $150 to clean up leaves for 2 hours. (I assumed maybe around $400) 3: 2 guys came and spent 5+ hours with 2 rakes, a blower and a wheelbarrow. The flatbed was 1/3 full when they left, and our invoice was $1,016.78. Still lots of leaves and debris left. 4. spoke to the agent there, they did come out to inspect and agreed with our concern and said another team would be out. That never happened. 5. BUYER BEWARE AND WE WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN

We just hired this company as our other one never came as scheduled. I am very pleased wit M. C. Professional with their timely service and employees were extremely courteous. They did a great job cutting and trimming as well. Would highly recommend.

We moved in our new house 9years ago , lawn was a mess to say the least. Spent the next 8 years trying to fix it up myself. Finally said enough is enough! I called MC and got a quote for hydroseeding. All I can say is WOW! Seed started coming up in about 7 days and after 2 weeks it is looking really good. Jamie and his crew did a wonderful job and adressed all our questions and concerns. I can’t say enough how pleased my wife and I are with the results. Tom and Gayle

I'm currently snowed in and they are the top result when googling plow in Ashtabula OH. They say they're no longee accepting new clients and don't know anyone else that plows they should have their license revoked

Hi Paul, You did call in twice after hours. Had you not hung up on me I would have further explained that on the tail end of day two in a snowstorm it would be irresponsible and unfair to our crew members to add more to their work loads. While we do appreciate being the first company to pop up when you googled, please also understand that being the first on the list does not mean we are responsible for taking on every potential customer that calls in. While we do appreciate your consideration of our company we have to consider our crew members safety and over extending their routes puts them at risk, and that is not a risk we are willing to take to expand our client list. Furthermore, I did not say I didn't know of any other plow companies, I said I didn't know of any other companies with availability. We wish you the best and hope you were able to find help.
