I had a big rat problem. Nothing seem to work. I hired this man. He came right out very polite. Put some bait boxes down in my house and around it to keep my dogs and cats out of the bait box 2 days later and never seen or heard in another rat. Then I seen at least one dead, but never heard anything else came out twice within a week to check the traps is punctual polite and professional I would recommend him to everybody

I had came across a baby raccoon that unfortunately no longer had its mother due to her getting hit by a car and was left there for about 2 days from the looks of it. Closest place I couldve taken the baby was minimum an hour away and I also did not have the tools needed to care for such a critter. I called Bearded Critter Getter and within 10 minutes of calling them they had the baby in their possession. Well worth the price for what was asked as well. Will definitely be going back to them for anymore critter problems! They also were kind hearted enough to let us keep updates on the animal which is probably the most professional thing I've seen a critter service do in a minute. Thanks for reading!

Shawn promptly answer my call for service ,I had raccoons in my garage and under my shed, he tracked their steps and advise in setting traps to get them, very professional, friendly, I even had to call him right back out which he did to get a cat out and reset the trap, I definitely would call him again.

Shawn is the man! We had a groundhog problem and once I saw the home under the porch I knew it was time to do something. Shawn was responsive, professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. I had a groundhog problem. Called Shawn explained my situation and he was at my house 20mins later. He made a plan, set the traps and within a few days he caught two groundhogs on my property. He was extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend him and will 100% use him again if needed.

I had my own trap and was trying to catch a groundhog, I kept catching a skunk and raccoon and he took those away for me, then he gave me an extra helping hand at catching the groundhog and caught it and he removed that critter for me. I highly recommend him.

I'm extremely happy with the services I received. He was quick to refill the food when the pesky raccoon got it but tripped the trap. He called me at work to let me know she was in the trap. He is very professional and would definitely use his services again.

When I called Shaun I was very upset because of the damage The raccoons had done to my home. He immediately went to my home and set up traps and set my mind at ease.
