I was in an urgent need of inspection services due to a medical situation. I called Aid and spoke with the owner about my situation and that I was a disabled veteran. In less than 5 minutes a technician called me. In less than 10 minutes he was at my door. I was given a clean inspection in under 40 minutes. My tech was knowledgeable, professional, grat conversationalist. This could have been a dire medical emergency had they been it taken a few days as it does with National Corporatons.There is something to be said about homegrown values, integrity and decency. They were able to take my veteran status and the situation giving this call out an urgency that one loses when dealing with any corporate giant. Also doing so out of their own time and without charge. They made me cry. These are the Americans we need more of, to make us great again, for your neighbor, a stranger, just because. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you, Josh, for your help with getting us ant and bee free! We have always been able to maintain yearly spraying and treating of our home ourselves. But This year, the bugs were relentless! Thank you, Harry, for coming out and taking care of our home. You were very professional, quick and knowledgeable! It’s been one week, and we have not seen ONE bug inside or on the close perimeter of our home and garage- to be honest after you left last Friday, maybe saw 4 dead ants into Saturday and haven’t seen any trace of a bug anywhere!! Thank you guys for your help, we look forward to seeing you next year for an annual repellent.
