Pine Pest Control

Matt performed the spring pest control service today. He introduced himself upon arrival and mentioned that he reviewed the upcoming visit with a fellow employee about that employee's visit here. He arrived on time as scheduled, explained the planned service and completed the visit without delay in a very professional manner.

Matt is doing great work for us. His friendliness and patience with our specific situation has made all the difference to me!

Matt is always very thorough and keeps us updated if he finds anything we should be concerned about. We always look forward to seeing him.

Matt from Pine Pest Control was remarkably friendly and thorough. I found him to be very honest and took the time to explain everything. Also, the couple for times I called Pine Pest, they were quick to return my calls. If I have trouble in the future, they would be the first people I would call.

I had a great experience with Pine Pest's team, which was knowledgable, friendly and worked quickly at reasonable prices. They were able to do my home's exterior exclusion and weren't afraid to get dirty unlike other pest companies who previously came out. 10/10 service.

Greg is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had some sugar ant sightings ~a week after our initial service. No problem - came out the next day after I called to do a follow-up treatment. Showed me exactly what he did, explained how it should work. Very professional - would be happy to recommend them.

Matt did our service this time at about 3:00PM. His service was more than excellent;he is not only very knowledgeable but also very thorough.He explains certain things as he goes along and answers all customer questions. We had a one time, non-recurring treatment contract for crawling insect foundation treatment and wasp treatment. The initial wasp treatment failed, however Pine Pest made good on its satisfaction guarantee and promptly retreated the wasp nest. Have not seen any wasps since then.

They wouldn’t treat our hornets, they treated, but did not get rid of our yellow jackets, and gave no warranty.The tech put a container of wasp poison on my bathroom counter and when I called him on it, he walked out. Stay away and find a more reputable company who can actually get rid of your pests.

Unscheduled treatment. Charged $50. Already had treatment this mo. And paid for. Unhappy with accounting dept. Any more mistakes and service will be canceled.

Parker came to our door and was so convincing! We signed up with him and set a date. Later we had to change the date and confirmed this with Parker. We received a time and date and confirmed the day before. The time window was for 8-10, no one showed up between these hours. We waited until 11:30 and still no word. We both work 12 hour shifts and happened to be off this day and had things we had to do and could not wait any longer. We did not here from anyone until my husband reached out and said "cancel the appointment we can not wait any longer we have things to do". We then receive a message from Chris Bee stating "I'm headed your way". My husband text back and says no we canceled. Chris shows up at the house as we see on the camera because we are not home, and he begins to work, without permission. We see this and send my oldest son out to tell him to leave. We were told by Parker that no one could begin work without permission and further more they were not on time and did not communicate that they would be late. I find it hard to believe that all these reviews are positive given our experience. Our time is valuable and to sit and wait on someone that has already given you a window that doesn't even have the professionalism to reach out and say they are running behind is is very inconsiderate and and unprofessional. I would not recommend and find these reviews hard to believe.
