A young man with a Proforce Pest Control hat riding around on a scooter trying to sell your services didn’t take kindly to me turning him down, so he threw his soda into my yard as he left. I’m sure you provide a great service but he didn’t represent your company well.

We were leaving on an RV trip and picked up our RV from Storage full of fire ants. Our regular exterminator, Terminex, would not come out on an emergency call. The manager of our hardware store recommended PMI. We drove out to their office. The office manager welcomed us in and set us up for an appt. for the next morning. Job was done very efficiently and they even came out the day we planned on leaving to make sure the ants were all gone. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

I've been using PMi now for a few years, I'm most pleased with this company. They are very good with setting appointments that work with my schedule, sending reminders and offering discounts for prepayments. Jason services my house and he's amazing!! Seriously amazing!! He's super friendly, very polite (always takes off his shoes or covers them) & always on time or makes sure to call me to let me know if it changes. He always spends time covering each room and under sinks with the bug killer plus knocks down all the cobwebs all around the house!! Told you seriously amazing!! You can't go wrong with PMi, just ask for Jason!

Jason and the team at PMI have been wonderful since we started service with them 2 years ago. We appreciate that they are very easy to work with, they auto schedule our services- as it's so easy to forget when it's time to schedule, and they are very knowledge on the control of all pests we meet. When we had an indoor and outdoor ant problem at a new house they came out as often as needed to combat them and haven't seen one since. We enjoy the lack of pest!! Would highly recommend them!!

We called PMI when we had some bees trying to make a nest in the eaves of our new home. Jason from PMI told us there were actually hundreds of them in the wall of our home! He quickly assessed the problem and treated the area but told us he may have to come back. We ended up having to cut a hole in the soffit to get to the nest and we haven't had an issue since then. We also signed up for a yearly pest contract for other things like ants and spiders. After our first quarterly treatment, we still had some ants and Jason did not give up. He called periodically to make sure we were happy and would come back to treat any areas we needed. Jason's customer service is impeccable! We are very happy with our pest management and would recommend PMI to anyone who needs it.

I am SO thankful for PMI! I live on the water and have a TON of spiders that get all over the sides of my house, and Jason came out, knocked all the webs down, and sprayed to make sure they stay away for as long as possible! I used to hire someone to come pressure wash the whole house every two or three months, which costs a fortune and is damaging to the paint anyways, but this is so much more effective and affordable! I am now free of the burden of spiders, which will lead to less wasps around the house as well because they feed on spiders. I am just tickled pink with how thorough and timely Jason was, and I am incredibly thankful! I will recommend PMI to everyone I know!
