We hired Catchy Pest Solutions with the hope of resolving a persistent pest issue — but our experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and ultimately a waste of time and money. They repeatedly "guaranteed" their work, but offered no meaningful actions to back that up. We were told again and again that the situation was “under control,” yet nothing ever improved. This is my second round of spraying and this technique came to to front door introduced himself politely which I appreciated and took the time to ask if I needed the inside of my home sprayed as well as the outside. The outdoor area was the only place needed presently. Appreciated the curtisy and he took the time to let me know the months I would be receiving my follow up appointments. Thank you for great service.

Helpful, timely, and kind. Our 2 week follow up appointment was today and we have been very satisfied with the treatments and communications from Catchy Pest Solutions. Looking forward to the next 5 months of our pest maintenance! Highly recommend this company, they have a great system set up to ensure pests are truly taken care of over time.
