They are always friendly and efficient, but I came here to talk about their kindness! I had a scheduled appointment and forgot to cancel due to a family emergency. When I called to reschedule, without mentioning it, he asked how my dad was. It meant a lot that he not only remembered but asked. You all are awesome! Thank you!!

Tech was on time and friendly. However, he didn’t do very much. Minor sprays inside and outside, no crawl space and bypassed my deck area completely. (Saw on camera afterwards). Not impressed. Won’t use again.

Our HOA utilizes Apex Exterminating, but we had an immediate problem so they asked we reach out directly to Rick. Rick came by 15 minutes after I called and left a voicemail explaining the situation. He checked it out, gave us a plan of action, and said he'd be back by the end of the week or early next to execute. He called Friday morning and was going to be here in <45 minutes. All taken care of! He's professional, quick, and really knows what he's doing. He even remembers you, and that's so nice!
