Allied Pest Control

Horrible customer service. Sanddwellers is infested due to their inept ability to provide preventative service to the building with a normal HOA contract. They then upsell you on another contract for the property yet will not just show up to do it without a phone call even though they have a door code and an order to enter at any time.

We had a minor ant infestation in our brand new house and we were expecting company over Labor Day weekend and they were able to squeeze us in for a treatment and Sarah was exceptionally thorough with setting up baits and also spraying in all the necessary areas

HORRIBLE. Had them come out to a new build. Nothing in the home. Didn’t spray outside and missed many areas inside. I have ants and spiders inside the home less than a month after. Called another company . Will not be paying the bill!

Garrett came to my house today and is doing a wonderful job. Allied you better try hard to keep this young man. He is best by far than anyone we have had.

I wanted my cook shed sprayed while I was away on vacation so it would have time to air out while I was gone. had the appointment set and left the gate open for them. I get back and there’s a note left on my door that says to call back to reschedule. I call, They tell me a lie saying the shed was locked, it doesn’t even have a lock.

There have been multiple times where they have come out here for treatment and not completed the full services (just sprayed inside the house, not outside the house; another time just inside the house and not the garage or outside; each time despite me requesting it). This last time I asked for the yard to be sprayed and our normal services (confirmed by the company at the time) and they didn’t spray the outside of the house or do the yard. Do yourself a favor and find another company for pest control.

One of the worst companies I have ever had to work with. The employees are awful (Ashley and Robert!) with lack of communication skills!! I have been calling them for 8 weeks to understand how they do things and everyone has told me a different story!! They swear they've sent documents, but no one receives them ..then they don't back their work!! Be very aware and stay away from them!

Reasonable prices and the staff is friendly

Recently was set up on bi-monthly services. My first visit was excellent and the technician was helpful and kind.

After the politician sales pitch we signed up. Shortly thereafter our prior pest control decided to remove all the termite traps that were purchased with the home. We requested Allied to inspect the reinserted traps since they held the bond for termite protection. Phone calls and an emails went unanswered. With Allied ignoring our concerns we proceeded to obtain another pest control company with only two months in with Allied.! Requested prorated refund on a 12 month program and they pronounced "NO REFUNDS" So there you have it. Unresponsive to the services contracted for and no refunds for the services not provided. Reminds me of "snake oil"

If I could give this place a zero i would. Owner of place don't care if their employees start picking fights with people nor care about them throwing objects out the COMPANY vehicles window ON OTHER PEOPLES VEHICLES! VERY SAD

We have been using Allied Pest Control since the longest time and their services they provide have been very good. The technicians that perform the service could not be more professional and we trust them walking through our home and property. Allied Pest Control gets 5 Stars for this portion of the survey. Customer Service, billing consolidation and billing simplification can not get any worse. We have 5 services from Brunswick- Pest: Home Pest Control, Yard Pest/Weed and Feed, Ground Termites, Flying Termites and Shrub Pest Control. Each one of these plans has a different start date and end date. Each one is billed separately and the total is over a couple of thousand dollars a year. I have repeatedly called to see if I can consolidate all of our bills into one payment with the same start and ending dates to get around the confusion that multiple plans creates. I have been told that there is nothing that they are willing to do because the billing software is so out dated that it will not allow for ease of payment from the customer. I have asked to speak with the people about this matter but was told that he would not speak to me and that this issue is non-negotiable. Shame on me for not having already found another good service provider that can make our life easier. We have been very loyal customers for a very long time and we would hate to leave Allied Pest Control after so many years. This type of service is something that should take place in the background once a payment has been made and not require constant billing attention. We would love to cut one check for all of our services and be done until the following year but that is not a service offered by Allied Pest Control. We will find a company that can do this for us and it may still be Allied Pest Control but something is going to have to give.

They have absolutely done nothing for the bug problem. I believe that they sprayed water claiming it was bug killer. They have done nothing but lie to me, walk in my home without knocking scaring my young daughter. They spend a total of 40 mins at my house and that is with 2 visits and most of the time they was talking. They charged me for 3 times spraying and they barely even sprayed once. I would of had a better chance or job with some stranger from the street. If you want the bugs gone you better use someone else or you will be paying for nothing.

Should not curse employees while on phone with customers. Vulgar language used.
