Terminix is essential to all homeowners, especially 1st time homeowners. A Pest control service is a must have especially if you live on a wooded lot, a rural neighborhood or in close proximity to other neighbors. If you have a basement you are underground and bugs live underground. Rodents will pay you a visit as soon as they figure out how to get in.Do yourself a favor and sign a contract. You will be glad you did!

Allen made my house feel safe and secure from any bugs from top to bottom. Also pointed out areas that need some attention to close up for other pests not to be able to enter the house. Had full confidence. Alan knew what he was talking about and did a great job. As always, Alan does a very professional job and I am a very satisfied customer.
