Such a wonderful company, they're like family. Our exterminator Pawpaw has watched my baby grow up over the years and my son gets excited to see Pawpaw every time he comes to treat the house! And the admin staff in the office are always kind when answering questions and settling the bill. Absolutely recommend!

When they show up they do decent work. We still will occasionally find spiders and mice (but we live near a heavily wooded area). My biggest issue is the lack of communication when they’re scheduled to come and either don’t show up at all, or arrive later than the agreed upon time. Twice now I’ve put my whole day on hold waiting for them to show up and no communication saying that they’re gonna at least be late or anything and twice now I’ve had to tell them sorry I’m not home anymore so hopefully you’re not on your way.

My landlord said they were the best. They’ve been out to our home three separate times and we’re still finding live bugs (spiders, ants, earwigs, centipedes, and roaches) everywhere. 2 stars because the employees were nice and professional but whatever they use did not work for us.

I just had Marty Jones do an exterminating job. He is the nicest young man and did such a thorough job. Dellinger Exterminating is the best in the business. Everyone is friendly and their prices are very reasonable. Thanks, Dellinger’s!

I had a great experience with this company. Heather was great and the man who came out to spray my house was so sweet. They make you feel like family and their prices are great! My whole family uses them as well.

I just have to say that the staff in the office and out in the community are both absolutely wonderful. I really appreciate it. Everything they did for my family and my home. Their product works. Purchased a home less than a year ago and had some wall damage and it's termites. They owner came out and inspected. Definitely termites. Carrie in the office has been amazing answering lots of questions. Scheduling the termite treatment was quick and they were done in no time.

A representative of this company, Derek Childers, inspected a house I had for sale and erroneously reported that there was evidence of live termites. He also attached an estimate to repair the areas for $1,400! Conflict of interest?? Upon inspection by a LICENSED CONTRACTOR and the LICENSED exterminating company I have used for years to treat the house, there was NO evidence of live termites found nor evidence that termites had ever inhabited those areas. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint and negative reviews on every website available.

Paid for the initial spray and first quarter contract. Thought, little pricy but the guy was super nice and someone was finally able to id the flour bugs in pantry unlike the other guys we were using. Three weeks before our quarterly service was due, at 125 a pop btw, saw a roach in my living room First time every! Called to have someone come out. Lady tried to play it off like I needed to schedule my quarterly early. Nope we have three weeks left and someone needs to come out for free and resolve this. Someone came out and sprayed the square around where I said the roach was found. That’s it. Needless to say, we’re not having them back out. This was our very first experience with them and that’s not how you retain customers in my opinion.
