I have used this company for 4+ years now and can tell you that they are hands down the best pest company I have ever had. They do such a thourough job each and everytime they come out. The technicians Jill & Brandon take the time to not only spray but remove spider webs, set mouse traps etc. Let me give you an example of how they go way above and beyond the call of duty for their customers. Our cameras caught a mouse running around in our basement when we were not at home. I contacted Old River Pest to have them go out during their next scheduled visit to take care of this issue as the driveway had 4" of snow and would not be easily accesible. Brandon jumped in his sidebyside well after normal business hours the same day I contacted them and was able to get down the driveway and take care of the issue. Who does that in todays world? I highly recommend Old River Pest to anyone that lives in Sparta NC & surrounding areas, you will not be dissapointed.

Friendly and explained everything, didn’t try to up-sale me for a service I didn’t need or want. Carpenter Ants have disappeared which was the main problem. Personable and friendly really makes a difference to me and so we set up quarterly service.

I strongly recommend Olde River Pest Control. Not only are we bug free, but they also look for problems we were not aware of. One quarter (every 3 months) Brandon found a yellow jacket nest bigger than a basketball in the crawl space. He suited up in a “Hazmat” suit and took care of it. He definitely circumvented major problems! The next quarter he noticed a water leak in the crawl space. A water line had burst. They go above and beyond excellent service and dedication.
