Bad management encounter - First, the technicians and the call center reps are great. When you go beyond them to the managing staff out to the Pittsboro branch, it's another story. Last Friday, I called to reschedule our August treatment to 9/28. The rep said that it would have to be approved by a manager. I told her that the service was not to be performed until 9/28 (this was the second time I had made a request to move the date and another manager would not allow me to change the date). On this Monday, I received an email stating the service would be performed on 8/21. I called again and cancelled that date and told the rep I would call back to reschedule. On Monday, pm, I received an email from Renee Everwine - Pittsboro Branch Administrator (cc'd Justin Butler) basically telling me to let her know if I was scheduling for August and if I cancelled and then signed up later, the new price would now be $56 higher. The times I have had to deal with the managing staff has been difficult. I have asked on 2 occasions for them to send a signed copy of the procedure of not being able to delay the service. I felt this email was giving me an ultimatum and forcing me to take the August date or else. Instead of trying to accommodate the customer for a month, they preferred to send this 'enforcing bullying' email. In these hard economic times, people have to make difficult choices on what is a necessity and what is not. Renee is would have been so much better just to delay the service a month and keeping the customer instead of giving out ultimatums and losing a long term customer. So if you're using this branch, just be clear on their flexibility.

Joey was absolutely great! Came for my quarterly inspection and explained everything that he was going to do and check! Friendly and knowledgable!

Excellent service call.

They have been coming for several years trying to keep ants under control. Last visit they checked the crawl space looking for problems. I am pleased. And...the price is good and has not been increased since they started coming to the house.

The visits are always advertised in advance, the technicians always notify us when they arrive, and treatments do not seem rushed. They will also defer the treatment if there is other service work going on outdoors when they arrive.

Joey Peele let me know when he arrived, did a thorough inspection and made sure my pets were protected. He does a phenomenal job!

Joey Peele was absolutely amazing!! I’ve been a Terminix customer for years and Joey is absolutely the best service guy to come out. I’m glad he’s on board and I hope he stays around for a while!

Terminix is a company I recommend regularly to others. Living in the woods, I had not had a year without the occasional roach or yellow jacket nest. Using Terminix to take care of these two problems was the best thing I've done. It is so relaxing to not have to search the walls, ceiling and floors for roaches as I walk into a room. Now I can also walk outside without fear of being stung numerous times by yellow jackets! Their price is very reasonable & their technicians are professional & friendly too! Thank you Jonathan!
