Please do not use Ideal Pest Control! We have been using them for 4 1/2 years. A now retired employee would faithfully call us at the beginning of the month when a quarterly inspection was due. Since he retired, I have really had to work to get an appointment...to the point it felt like begging, and I've mentioned this concern several times and there was no change. Today was the final straw. We had a 10:00 a.m. appointment, and I called the office at 10:40 to see when he might arrive. I never got a call back, and he never showed up. I tried calling the office several times, but it rang to voicemail each time. And they knew I had a noon physical therapy appointment, and needed an answer. Spare yourself the headaches!
