Not impressed. We had Dodson services in our previous homes and this local one hasn't measured up. The pest control tech was incredibly rude over the past year, pushy about when they would show up, and we still had bugs. Finally, we ended up spraying ourselves and magically, no more ants, roaches, etc. The "show" tech sprayed for the first visit and afterwards we were set up with a different one. The bi-monthly tech, clearly, was not mixing the chemicals correctly. I do not recommend Dodson Pest

I’ve had a lot of unsatisfactory experiences with Dodson already in just 5 short months. There are HUGE inconsistencies in when they actually show up. They are supposed to come the 3rd Wednesday of every month and have never done so. They haven’t even come on the 3rd week for that matter. I always have to call very late in the month to remind them to come out.This month I called on the 28th just to make sure I gave them enough time to make it right on their own. Which brings me to my next point.
