I called to inquire about obtaining services, and 2 days later Pest-A-Rest took care of my ant problem - even gave a 6-month follow offer if ants reappeared of NO CHARGE. I would highly recommend. Customer Service is to be commended. 🙏🏾

Pretty easy to schedule, and they arrived when they were supposed to. The inspection was routine, so no issues there. Asked about the military discount, multiple times, and got crickets, first via the text messages during scheduling, and then through the emails as I submitted payment for the services (still have all messages). If you advertise it, be prepared to answer questions about it. Otherwise, remove it from the site. I personally won't be using their service anymore.

Came out and sprayed for carpenter bees. Looks to be working. Super polite and would use again

EXCELLENT!! The only word I can think of to adequately describe my experience with Pest-A-Rest. Super friendly, accommodating to my schedule and the most amazing thing pricing is beyond affordable. Mr Jimmy and his wife Mrs Laura were absolutely wonderful to work with and have a good conversation, something in my opinion missing in today's "hurry up and move it along" society. Called with an emergency due to a large ant infestation that developed while my wife and I were running errands. The first call I made was at 5:03. I asked if they could come out tonight since I have a 3 month old infant in the house. The guy tells me he'll "call another guy that might be near you." 3 minutes later I get a call and the guy says, "I can get there first thing tomorrow." I asked if he could come tonight. He acts like I'm putting him out and says, "Let me ask my boss since he has my truck." "Forget it, I'll go with someone else." The ants were a bit overwhelming so I called back at 5:29 (these times are from my call log) to see if they'll come out tomorrow morning. No answer, just a voicemail. Google says they close at 6:00 but they apparently stop answering phones at 5:30. Buy local? Nah, I'll spend my money with Terminix or Orkin; at least they'll answer the phone.
