Sawyer Termite - Pest control

Sawyer team worked at our home, with termite prevent treatment. The 2 gentlemen were professional, shared what the process would be and then got to work. In 2 hours they were finished and cleaned up everything. They are a local company to Pittsboro and we are pleased to have them protecting our property. BRC

They treated our termite issue with real care—mindful of keeping hoses away from my beloved plants and meticulously cleaning every area when they were done. The entire team was upbeat, respectful, and genuinely present. Our crew leader, Rhys, listened attentively and explained everything with patience and clarity. They called ahead, arrived on time, and even discovered a hidden yellow jacket nest under our enclosed porch, arranging treatment with my consent. They also removed a black widow from my garage and cleaned the surrounding window area without me even asking. This company makes everything effortless, and their professionalism and kindness stand out. I have absolutely no reason to call anyone else. 6/17/2026. Dave does it again. Amazing service. Every time. We have used their outstanding services for the past couple of years. Dave has always treated our family and household with the upmost respect. This will be our third year using them with Dave as our go to professional. Appreciate the hard work helping families and households stay safe.

Dave has taken great care of us and tailored the treatment to our needs. When I called we had specific dates in mind and the team at Sawyer was able to get our treatment scheduled for the time frame we needed. Dave came to the house and provided excellent customer service and treated for all the insects we had been having a hard time getting rid of ourselves. Since they sprayed outside, we have not had any further issues with the wasps and spiders and ants. Now, I will feel good about letting my kids play in our back yard and that they will be safe.

We’ve been using Sawyer for many, many years in two homes. Everyone we’ve dealt with at Sawyer has been prompt to respond, friendly and very helpful. I called Sawyers with an Issue and enjoyed the conversation with the lady that answered the phone. Sawyers came right out and resolved our problem with all the pest. Very economical price! Whenever we have issues with ants, wasps, etc, we always call Sawyer Pest Control. Their service personnel are efficient and highly trained. Sawyer pest control has been coming to our place for about 4 years now. The majority of that time has been with Trae. He has consistently been informative about what they are doing when they are doing it. He has always recommended not bothering with something if it wasn't worthwhile. This is the second time Trae has come to our home for service. Can't say enough good things about him. He is polite, professional, and knows his job very well. Today, for example, he had an opening earlier than our schedule appointment. He called us to ask if he could come earlier. Glad he did. After reviewing the issue, he said he didn't have the equipment needed but said he would run back to the office after he finished his next appointment and come back after that. He was true to his word. He came back with the equipment, sweet it up and explained how everything worked. Very happy customers, again. Thank you Trae!
