We operate a vacation rental property in Patrick County, VA and had guests notify us of several wasps coming out from under our deck in two separate areas. This was mid-day on a Friday so we had little hope of getting anyone there that same day. We called several pest control companies in the area and as expected, they wouldn't be able to get to us until the following Monday (at best). We then called Quality Control and Gary was able swing by that same afternoon to rid us of those wasps and also treat for carpenter bees, which we've had issues with as well. I truly appreciate how great Quality Control and Gary made us look in the eyes of our guests – it really saved our behinds!

They really want the customer happy and go above and beyond to get things done correctly. Great company that actually cares.

Quality Control is a great company. I own a Vacation rental and require reliable and responsive pest control. After Orkin cancelled three appointments I called Quality Control and they have taken care of the cabin since. Steve and Hayden go the extra mile to be sure we're happy. Thanks Guys!

Would not recommend. I hope their product works better than the quality of their service. Had to have them back just to clean up their mess the left.

Had a terrifying moment when hordes of flying termites appeared at my window this year. I called Quality Control and they were here the next day. My problem was resolved within a week. Their rep, Hayden (forgive the spelling) was knowledgeable, friendly and wasted no time in helping us out. We signed up for the annual come-and-make-sure-they-aren't-coming-back plan and couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend QC.

This is a great company we have used for nearly 40 years at two different houses we had built. Our technician, Steve Luffman, always calls ahead of time to schedule his quarterly visits, shows up when he says he will, is polite and competent, does his work quickly and is on his way. Couldn't ask for better service.

Hayden has been taking care of my pest control needs for several years. He is always very courteous, professional, and provides quality service. I never have to worry about scheduling - he always calls and lets me know it's time for my quarterly service. Quality Control is a great company with great service.

Quality Control does a great job keeping the pests out of my house! We have a bad problem with insects and mice. We called quality control and have not had a problem since then! It is very reasonable pricing. We are on their quarterly maintenance list and would recommend anyone to sign up for that as well! If you are on their quarterly maintenance program and they have to come back out because you are still having problems, they will not charge you to come back out and fix the problem!

Steve is always on time and does a great job. He works around your schedule to make it convenient.
