A few months ago we moved to the area and decided to try arrest a pest. Unfortunately, we had an awful experience. They charge extra on their first visit (completely understandable and normal) to take extra time to treat your home and de-web. Our technician, Ashley, was only here a total of maybe 15-20 minutes. Our porches were NOT de-webbed, at all. The only web they took care of was the huge and active one I had pointed out. Since she was not here long we didn’t feel she was very thorough, especially for the $130 bill. When I reached out to Michael, the owner, he did offer to send her back but I declined. It’s been a few short weeks since she sprayed and it seems their pest solution has wore off, even though it’s supposed to last months. I’m hoping others have a better experience, maybe we just had bad luck. We did not continue with this company and went with another one!

We do apologize for your negative experience. As you said, we did offer to come back and as you know, nothing is perfect. Occasionally, customers do need extra service, and that’s the benefit of having the quarterly service, all call backs are no additional charge. The company is one in which truly cares about the customers , family and pets. These guys have went above and beyond to ensure our family pest issues were resolved and taken care of in the most professional manner possible. Lee has became like a friend more than just the pest guy with my self and my family. Even our fur babies gotten use to him and enjoy his visits. Thank you for everything yall do.

First visit - came right away, sprayed for mosquitoes, worked great ! ( signed up for monthly treatments) After 4 weeks, I called to see what day I was on the schedule - I was informed someone would reach out .. 1 week goes by, no one calls. The next week I call again, they say they can fit me in the following week .. *my yard should have been treated the first week of June, now they don’t have time to come until the 3rd week of June ..* Finally someone comes to treat my yard on a day it’s raining .. I express my concerns, but they say it’s fine … All week long, after treatment, mosquitoes are still EVERYWHERE. I call and ask for a ‘re-treatment’- something the guy that sprayed my yard said we could do if it didn’t work … Well, the guy on the phone said I could just bump my next months treatment up 3 weeks .. That I’ll just have to pay for another month, even though this current treatment i already paid for isn’t working …. I’m very frustrated… mosquitos are still very much a problem over here … And I definitely feel like they didn’t appreciate or want my business ….

We are actually one of the few companies that do not enforce contracts, furthermore we have offered a refund for the two services you did receive, to aid in contracting another company of your choice. Update: I’ll give you all a 4 star review solely off of service. But it has been since March of this year since I haven’t had a service completed and I’ve left numerous voicemails regarding service without any calls back. I understand things slip through the crack but should have been handled differently in my opinion. Best of luck to your small business. Stopped servicing my area and did not notify us of that decision. After calling for the 3rd time and not getting an answer, I was notified via text they no longer service our area. Unprofessional way to notify customers and ridiculous we could not get a phone call regarding their business decision. Service was good when we had it.

As you stated, the service was good while you had it, we would have appreciated a good review during that time, but as is usually the case, people tend to only speak of the negative experiences, rather than the positive ones. Some things slip through the crack from time to time, and we aren’t perfect. I wish our staff was always on the ball and took time to call you. You live in Wake Forest and we are in Mount Olive (over an hour away). We serviced you as long as we could, unfortunately with the increase in fuel prices and products, we were actually losing money to service your home. Rather than raising your prices unfairly, we made the difficult decision to no longer go to your area. The current times are tough for us all, especially small businesses. Thank you again for allowing us to serve you.

At first everything was great the last two sprays not so much I am having to put out my own rat pads I do not know if they have deluded it down or what but really nice people
