I have been a Bulwark customer for many many years, and as a senior I’ve had many service technicians over the years. However, the technician I recently started getting, Donald D, has truly stood out from day one. I recently became disabled and spend most of my time in a wheelchair by the window. Where I'm going to start is by first mentioning my tech Gene Banner before diving into my story. So! I've been using Bulwark since the summer of 2025 for my small 2/2 condo. My first tech was great! Then things started to go down hill. I'm on the quarterly plan and the next tech wasn't as thorough, then I ended up with several scheduling issues where I was being given a notification of service less than 24 hours before the tech would show up and I had to schedule a second visit. Our technician today was Cole Rosenbalm. He was very friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time and serviced our house with the awning cleaning and boundary treatment. With technicians like Cole, I highly recommend Insight and appreciate their services.
