Some things to note. If you move they will not cancel your service even though they can not service the new location. You just pay for it. In additional they will not cancel the auto renewal when you call, they force you to wait for a call back from a retention team. Lastly you are unable to locate the terms of service anywhere other than a secure email that you get when you first enroll that expires and is no longer accessible to review the details of the contract with your own eyes and they wi

I have lived in Concord,NC since 1996 and Killingsworth’s is/has been the best pest exterminating company I have used. They are consistent with their work ethics. Mr. Richard Jones answers all my questions about Nats/Earwigs. I have phobias about any kind bug. He is very professional and nice and knows his bugs. I truly have my Killingsworth with this company. I’ve had a termite bond for the last 4 years, and this year we were do for a pretreatment. Every seven years we have to treat the entire perimeter to keep those little bugs away. I have had a wonderful experience with Killingsworth and highly recommend that you, give them a chance to earn your business.
