We recently had our first service with Arsenal Pest Management and had a great experience. Their team was very thorough and took the time to carefully inspect the property and explain everything they were doing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made sure we understood the treatment plan moving forward. What we appreciated most was that they worked with us to create a pest management plan that fits the needs of our business instead of offering a one size fits all approach. We look forward to continuing to work with them and appreciate the level of care and attention they brought during our first visit.

We had an issue with rodents getting into our walls. They came out soon after called and solved our problem. John was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We have a seizure dog and he listened to our concerns and made sure to go above and beyond to make sure everything was handled safely for him. We have not had any issues since using their services.

Excellent and very thorough service, very punctual and they were very easy to work with as they worked around my schedule. I've used plenty of other exterminators in the past as a restaurant owner and I must admit that they were the most thorough that I've ever used. I would highly recommend using arsenal pest control over any other exterminator they're very dedicated to the job they do and it's hard to find companies these days that take pride in what they do.

John has done a great job on keeping those unwanted pesky mosquitos away this summer so that I can enjoy sitting on my porch in the evenings. I discovered a yellow jacket nest in my yard and called Arsenal Pest Management. Much to my surprise, they were able to send a technician out the same day! He took care of the nest and then I discussed other pest issues with him. He got me signed up for quarterly pest control at a reasonable price with no hard sell tactics. All in all a very pleasant experience.
