Posting for a family member who used this company. No show technician and when he did show a female sits in the truck while he worked. Then overcharged and not refunding. Looks like this has happened a few times.

Within 3 hours of making a request for service today, the technician was at my home. I don’t know if another company that would respond that quickly. Thank you!

The team did a very good job. They kept me updated and the price was reasonable for the ten year termite treatment.

This company is one of only a few i've found that will offer exclusion pest services (find the holes under the house plug them). Lawn care is a new offering for them, I had a huge problem with vines taking over my yard and engulfing my house they very reasonably poisoned everything and hauled the mess away very happy with the service received for the price I paid will definitely deal with them again good folks.

Brian was very professional, explain to me how he would treat my home against any termite intrusions and how long the treatment would last. He was conscientious of my flower beds and only disturbed the perimeter of my home to allow for a thorough treatment. Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and he cleaned up all matter pertaining to treatment. I would recommend Jones Pest Control to anyone wanting the assurance your home was treated properly and the company is there to help with all pest control problems. Thanks guys for a job well done!

I’m at the owner. He’s an amazing person. He does very good quality work. I would recommend him to anyone.

Everyone was very nice. However they dug up my bulbs for my gladiolas and daffodils and then left them with all the bulbs exposed and did not say anything. Those bulbs have taken me several years to get them to expand. If I had known they would be in the way I would have moved them last week without killing them. I am just hoping that they will continue to grow. I have moved them.

Chris did a great job on our crawl space. Ed took pics today so I could see it (my knees not good for crawl space). He was very professional, and we are very happy with it.

Paid another company for 3 months and had more bugs than I started with. Jones was recommended and after the 1st treatment I never saw a bug that wasn't dead again. Now I moved and will be calling them for a 2nd time as my new house is in need of his expertise! Great people and reliable!

Great company! Just moved here from Northern Va and so happy we found Jones Pest Control. Had an ant issue in our brand new home and they immediately came out to resolve the problem. Had Brian out on 8/11 to complete our termite inspection and was very thorough and answered all of my questions.
