Do not hire this company for fescue removal. I recommend this company to a client of mine. Was charged $2000 for them to remove raccoon fescue and sanitize the attic. One man came with a broom and dust pan to sweep up racoon mess between trusses. Came for 2hrs and spent most of it on his cell phone. Days later a worker was removing ceiling lath and a racoon carcass fell on his head. Seems like my issues got worse after service. Signed up under a year contract to save money. Was told the outside of the house would be sprayed to control outside pests including wasps and yellow jackets. Well a little over a month after the first treatment I have a yellow jacket nest at my back door and more bugs inside my kitchen than what we’re there before they treated the area. Now I’m stuck with them for a year of treatments...the next scheduled treatment has to yield better results

I have spent a lot of money with Terminex. Today, I found out that my Terminex rep was let go. My Terminex person, Ponch, was always timely or early, always polite and professional, and was sweet to my big barking dog. He texted me when we was on the way or leaving. I work full time so timeliness is everything. And he was always considerate. When you spend a lot of money with a company you want people you can trust and respect. I’m So disappointed.
