Run from these con artists. Hired these guys to help with a tedious waterproofing repair that required removing irreplaceable panels and to reinstall. Paid $2400 up front. The sub contractor they hired was extremely slow and didn’t know what he was doing. After confronting Gary, the owner, he agreed to meet onsite along with the sub. The sub showed up first, walked up to the contractor and punch him. Yep assault !!!! He claimed he was bad mouthed, assaulted the person paying him and than drove off. In front of our client, all on camera. DO NOT HIRE THESE LOOSE CANNONS ! Lawsuit pending

Mike is the technician who provides my semiannual pest control. He always arrives on time and asks if/what kinds of issues Ive had before beginning. Mike is thorough and friendly and he always remembers to replace the catchmaster sticky boxes in the garage. He does a great job!

Great company. I've been using them for a couple of years (maybe more). I rarely see any bugs and usually they are stink bugs. Mike is great. He texts a day or 2 before he comes.

A great place to get good service.. My technician that comes is great to work with and does a good job.. If I have any problems with any bugs they will come out and get rid of them..

This company really screwed us over!! Would never recommend to anyone! Paid 1200 for a bed bug exterminaton..(we got a couch from goodwill and to our unfortunate surprise we got bed bugs along with it) 3 weeks after they treated our home we found one.. called them out and were told oh it's probably just a straggler everything is fine! Trusting the "professionals" was not something we should have done because that was back at the end of June and now we are trying to self treat! And I'm sorry but you are a pest control company...it is your WHOLE JOB.. there should be NO "stragglers" that's what we are paying you 1200 for!

Where do I begin?? When the company first contacted my wife and I, everything seemed legit. Then came the inflated talk of when the work would start. We were told that work would start in a week or week and a half. Three weeks later people showed up for 20 minutes worth of work. Now mind you we had water mitigation done around our house so I understand about weather and delays, but they didn't touch base to tell us any different. When the owner came out to our house he was nice enough to mention a more cost effective way to re-route our water problem. This was all fine until 2 weeks later when another crew showed up and didnt have a clue about what the owner had planned. I'm a U.S. Navy vet and had some idea about what they were gonna do but the lack of communication with the salesman, the owner and the workers was something less than desirable. And in my personal opinion the work that was done was not worth the over exaggerated price. So my wife and I decided to pay them what was on the invoice just to get them out of our hair. And to add to the deceit, the owner said he would bring by some sealeror the base of the house, but he never showed. This is the same owner who said they honored veterans and would give a veteran discount. I have not seen the the sealant or a discount. When I was in the Navy I was taught not to lie, cheat, or steal. But if you hire this company that's what your asking for, and that's really sad. And one last note: the owner of the company was really nice, I just don't this he was being square and on the level with me.

These guys are super friendly and talk the talk but they don't keep their word when it comes to scheduling and often leave you waiting or don't show up at all. It is very frustrating and unprofessional.

Took 6 weeks to get the job done and that was only after I requested my money back. Didn't do the job as quoted. Made promises and didn't keep them. Over charged for the repairs. I would never recommend this company for anyone who wants to be treated like a customer should be treated!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

Make sure you get bids from other contractors. Otherwise you get what you deserve... Like I did. I won't even get into the details.

They come Spray as it's raining, tech tells you, ohhh I'll come back and re do it free, just call. You call, the office sais, we will have the tech call you in the morning, 1 week and frustrated voicemail later, still no call, or respray, and your house is crawling with spiders and ants, the mouse traps were never put out, and they try and jew you for more money to complete a job that should have been done right to begin with. Wouldn't recommend to my deceased grandfather, to clear the roaches from his casket. Would also give 0 stars.

Not happy with my first impression of this business. Very disorganized, no courtesy at all when it comes to just showing up to a person's home without their prior knowledge of you coming. Repeatedly asked for a time that they were coming and I got a call at 12:36 from someone who was SITTING AT MY HOUSE!! They wanted to come exterminate same day when I repeatedly asked for ADVANCED notice. Never got that so when we opted to go with someone else we noticed very shady practices by this business (Bugg Busters) trying to tell us that the person we were looking to have come out was going to be back to work for them the following week.
